The Chardonnay nose leaps from the glass and displays lovely creamy vanilla and buttery aroma's. Good structure and balance with bright fruit and acid. Three months 100% New French. Serve slightly chille
IN THE VINEYARD - Situated on the cool side of Paarl Mountain, with Table Mountain visible, it will be easy for our consumers to observe all the cultivar fruit exceptions with our wines.
THE HARVEST - With a big crop in the vineyard, we waited longer than usual for optimum ripeness. Harvested at 25º Balling in the early morning.
IN THE CELLAR - Skin contact was done for 12 hours, and because of that a wine with a lovely golden colour was made. Fermented in American Oak, not over-wooded at all.
AGEING POTENTIAL - To be enjoyed within the next 18 months.Alcohol 13.5 %vol
