TASTING NOTES
Swiss International Air Lines Wine Awards 2004 - Seal of Approval Elegant, fine-boned, delicately scented with meaty mocha associations in one bottle. A mouth-filling wine with typical mint and prominent coffee flavours.
IN THE CELLAR
After 3 days skin-fermentation the wine was taken away from the skins, and fermentation was completed with 3g/l French Oak Staves. The wine stayed for 5 months on the Staves before it was stabilized and bottled.

Should keep well, though with early-drinking charm.
